Over 70 years ago, Stephan K. Hovnanian started a family tradition of building excellence. In 1964, his son Jirair formed a building company and today with his sons Stephen and Peter, J.S. Hovnanian & Sons has built nearly 7,000 homes including numerous commercial properties while continuing to bring the highest quality of construction and customer service to each of their communities.
